1. A Warm Welcome and Conversation

 

We’ll begin by discussing your goals, any injuries or movement limitations, and what brings you to Pilates. This allows me to design a session that supports your needs—whether that’s building strength, improving posture, relieving pain, or simply moving better.

 

2. Postural and Movement Assessment

 

Before jumping into exercises, I’ll observe how your body moves and where it may need support. You might be surprised by how much we can learn through simple movements!

 

3. Introduction to Pilates Equipment

 

You’ll be introduced to the reformer or other Pilates apparatus, depending on your goals. I’ll guide you step-by-step, making sure you’re comfortable and moving safely. Don’t worry—no previous experience is necessary.

 

4. A Session Tailored to You

 

Every exercise is chosen with intention. We’ll work at your pace and level, with a focus on precision, control, and breath. You’ll leave feeling more aligned, aware, and energized.

 

5. Time for Questions and Next Steps

 

At the end of the session, we’ll chat briefly about what we observed and how to build on it. I’ll recommend a plan to help you progress and feel your best.
