Jennifer Pollack is a classically trained Pilates instructor with over 25 years of teaching experience. A graduate of NYU with a degree in dance, she was certified by Romana Kryzanowska in 1996 and later completed the Power Pilates Bridge Program in 2009.

Blending her background as a dancer with her extensive Pilates training, Jennifer brings a deep understanding of movement, alignment, and strength to every session. Her teaching style is supportive, precise, and empowering—helping clients of all levels move with confidence and feel their best.
